Excellent meme potpourri. The Greenwald snippet is a welcome and insightful take. I think a lot more is going on besides "not enough to do." Even a shitty stew doesn't magically appear on the stove, ya gotta put in some effort for a while. Conversely one can argue that the Civil Rights business and all those incoherent marches against Vietnam, now 50-70 years back, hit their stride only when the pertinent demographic groups attained a stage of unprecedented comfort and arrogance.
